London Zen + mindfulness
No Meeting Saturday 4 July unless you have already registered for the monastic led Day of Mindfulness.
We meet as usual on 11 July
London-based community following a modern approach to Zen in Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village tradition.
It is difficult if not impossible to practise the way of understanding and love without a sangha, a community of friends who practise the same way — Thich Nhat Hanh
Thich Nhat Hanh ("Teek Nat Harn") was a global spiritual leader and peace activist, revered throughout the world for his powerful teachings and bestselling writings on mindfulness and peace.
His key teaching is that, with mindfulness, we can learn to live happily in the present moment—the only way to truly develop peace, both in one’s self and in the world.
We have several groups that meet every week.

- Online Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings
