We have various online meetings. These will continue after Covid restrictions are lifted.
For our meetings in central London please see the In-Person Meetings page.
Regular Online Meetings and Registering
We meet every Saturday morning for 2 hours with a break midway, and every Thursday evening for 1½ hours. Registering for these is simple to do. Please click the links below and you will be emailed a link that you can re-use every week.
Meetings include meditations, readings, talks, sharing in small groups and other Plum Village practices. Some sessions are led by teachers and otherwise by members of our community.
Colours of Compassion
Specially for People of Colour / BAME / Mixed Racial Heritages / Global Majority

Information and registration on the Colours of Compassion page.
Online Practice Guidance
As in a meditation hall, please find a comfortable seated position so that you can remain still throughout.
Controls for microphone and video are bottom left of your Zoom window:
- Please keep microphone muted except during group sharing.
- Our main connection is visual, so please keep video on.
- But if need to move, please turn video off so as not to distract others.
Unless on mobile, you can switch between gallery view and speaker view using the control in the top right or top left of your screen.
Please only send chat messages when essential.
Online practice is free to attend, although if you wish to make a donation towards our costs that would be welcome.
We ask for donations for teachers whenever one joins us – if you can afford this.
For both of these, please go to our donations page.
