Dear friends, all of our practice sessions will now take place online. This page will be kept up-to-date with information.
How to Join Us Online
To join any meeting please register in advance using links below. It is free. You will be sent a personal link by email that you can then re-use each week whenever you wish to attend. Note that this email sometimes takes a few minutes to arrive after registering.
Online Practice Guidance
We practise as we would in a Dharma Hall.
Please find a seated position such that you can remain still, upright and at ease throughout, to enable mental activity to settle. We remain in silence unless speaking during sharing or introductions.
- Controls for microphone and video are bottom left of your Zoom window.
- Please keep microphone muted.
- Our main connection is visual, so please keep video on.
- On a laptop or ipad, click "Gallery View" in the top right corner, so we can all see each other (on a mobile swipe sideways to see others).
- Please only send chat messages if the meeting has ended.
To speak during sharing or introductions:
- Unmute your microphone then say your name and "bowing in".
Say "bowing out" at the end then mute your microphone again.

We ask for donations for teachers whenever one joins us as is usual in our tradition – if you can afford this. Please go to our donations page.
We are considering asking for a small monthly donation of around five pounds to cover some costs we have for those that wish. This is yet to be in place however.
