Be Calm, Be Happy 6-week course – An ideal introduction for newcomers, as well as being useful if you have been praticising for longer and would like a fresh overview of the teachings
In the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, the course is suitable for those of any faith or none, with simple mindfulness and meditation practices to help you lead a calmer, happier life.
With group discussions and practical exercises, in a warm friendly atmosphere.
Led by Uz and Tan, experienced mindfulness teachers.
If thinking of coming to our regular meetings and are completely new to a practice like this, then this course is a good place to start. However you are equally welcome to just come along on a Saturday or Thursday straightaway too. Just whatever feels right for you.
