We are delighted to announce that UK Dharma Teacher Dene Donalds will be with us for a special Morning of Mindfulness.
You can stay on afterwards for a mindful lunch too. Please bring your own food (given the expected numbers we won't be bringing food to share for this)
The morning will include some of our usual practices, plus a talk by Dene and a Q&A.
All are welcome. There is no need to book. However please arrive in plenty of time.
Dene was ordained by Thich Nhat Hanh in 2007. He offers teachings and Buddhist Chaplaincy within Prisons and helps manage a social enterprise facilitating advocacy and co-production for people with learning disabilities and autism.
